Jessica Zötl - Ganzheitliche Zahnmedizin - Image

I love my job as a dentist because I can ideally combine my strengths here.

In treatment, I work by the principle of: as little as possible, as much as necessary, with a focus on compatibility, aesthetics, function, and collaboration with my patients.

My approach follows the principle of „back to nature,“ with practical, non-stringent rules. 

The topic of longevity also plays an important role here: with the aim of positively influencing the interaction between the mouth and body and reducing (unnoticed) interference fields. The evidence on this is becoming increasingly clear and confirms the close connection between oral and systemic health.

Before studying dentistry at Charité Berlin, I completed training as a dental assistant in Munich. This practical foundation continues to shape my approach to practice today.

My further training in systemic dentistry (GZM) has deepened my approach: to treat the person not in isolation, but in context.

As well as dentistry, I am the founder of Bee Food – Conscious Catering. BFC stands for conscious fine dining cuisine – my creative expression of how closely nutrition, enjoyment, and health are connected.

As a family man, my roots lie between the Allgäu and Cape Town. I have a dog named Bee, who accompanies me in my daily life and keeps me grounded. ☺️
